GOLD SOFT CUT CREASE & 100TH POST//MAKEUP

I created this look before my night out last night and actually ended up loving it!

For my brow and face makeup, see my EVERYDAY GLAM//MAKEUP post.

Firstly, taking the Smashbox #SHAPEMATTERS Palette, I primed my eyes with concealer and set it with the shade vanilla. Next, I used the shade 'stripped' on a large fluffy brush, I blended it out just above my crease, to use as my transition shade. After this, on a smaller fluffy brush, to deepen the crease, I blended the shade 'sumatra' so that there were no harsh lines.

For my lid shade, using the Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette, I patted 'dirtysweet' across my entire lid with my finger, bringing the colour up to the crease. To highlight my inner corners of my eyes and my brow bone, I took the beautiful shade 'high'.

After this, I lined my lash line and created a wing using the L'Oreal Paris Superliner in black. Next, on a small pencil brush, I took the shade 'blackout' and softly blended it in the crease to create more of a defined look. For mascara today, I took my favourite L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Mascara and coated my top lashes, followed by the Ardell Demi Wispies lashes.

For my lower lash line, I used 'sumatra' from the Smashbox palette on the outer corners, 'dirtysweet' on the centre and 'high' on the inner corners. To finish off the eyes, I coated my lower lashes with the same mascara.

Finally, for my lips, I began by lining the lips with the Rimmel 1000 Kisses Lip Liner in Spice followed by the MAC Velvet Teddy Lipstick.
