PURPLE SMOKY GLAM//MAKEUP

I have never really experimented with purples before as I never envisioned it to look right with my blue/grey eye colour, however I really love the finished product! To see all the products used and how I got the look, see below:

EYES

Because there was glitter involved with this eye look, I started off on my eyes to prevent fall out onto our foundation. (see my EVERYDAY GLAM//MAKEUP post for my eyebrow routine) I began by priming my eyes with any concealer and set that with a translucent powder. Next, taking the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette, I used the shade Limit as my transition shade by blending this into my crease. To deepen up the crease, I then applied Nooner directly over the top over Limit. To darken the outer corner of my eye and crease, I patted on the shade Darkside and blended everything together with a clean fluffy brush. Next, I applied the KIKO Infinity Eyeshadow in the shade 250 Mat Grapes directly on top on the area I had just placed Darkside. For my inner corners and centre of the lid, I used the BEAUTIFUL KIKO Infinity + Sparkle Eyeshadow in the shade 406 and applied that with my finger as I found this the best way to get the most pigmentation out of the shadow. For liner, I used the No7 Stay Precise Felt Tip Eyeliner in the shade Black and created a wing. After this, I applied a few coats of the Maybelline Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara in the shade Black to my lashes followed by the KISS True Volume Lash Chic.

For my lower lash line, I applied the KIKO 250 shadow on the outer corners and blended that into the 406 on my inner corners. I finished off my eyes by applying the same Maybelline mascara to my bottom lashes.

LIPS

For my lip colour, I used the No7 Precision Lip Pencil in the shade Nude across my entire lip to give me a nude matte finish.
